TableSnap Terms of Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or subscribing to TableSnap services ("Service"), you ("User," "Restaurant," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TableSnap is a guest-driven restaurant marketing platform that enables restaurants to collect, moderate, and display customer-submitted photos through QR code scanning technology. The Service includes photo collection, moderation tools, gallery displays, and social media integration features.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must have the legal authority to bind your restaurant business to these Terms
• You represent that you operate a legitimate restaurant business

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Options

• Starter Plan: $19/month - Up to 50 uploads, 1 admin login, basic support
• Standard Plan: $49/month - Up to 400 uploads, moderation tools, 2 admin logins
• Pro Plan: $99/month - Unlimited uploads, live screen gallery, analytics & insights

4.2 Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. User Content and Guest Photos

5.1 Restaurant Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service
• You grant TableSnap a license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

5.2 Guest-Submitted Photos

• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from guests before they submit photos
• You must comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding guest data
• You grant TableSnap permission to process guest photos as part of the Service
• Guests retain ownership of their submitted photos

5.3 Content Moderation

• You are solely responsible for moderating and approving guest-submitted content
• TableSnap provides tools but is not responsible for content moderation decisions
• You must ensure all approved content complies with applicable laws and platform policies

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, or federal laws
• Upload or approve content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• You grant necessary licenses for us to provide the Service

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Uptime

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions

9.2 Support

• Support level varies by subscription plan
• We provide email support during business hours
• Response times vary based on plan and issue complexity
